Steambox Construction is the brain child of the Aslanbaba brothers. Two
years ago the Aslanbaba brothers moved back to Cyprus to bring up their
young families. After purchasing their home they realised that the
housing market was in need of good quality residential, holiday and
retirement homes. Their aim was to build homes of the highest quality ,
from foundation to the roof , to capture a market that was left void by
others. Their housing construction project began with a motto:
"Designed for living, Built for life."
Their current Sunrise Evleri Villas & Maisonettes construction
project is located at the heart of Bahcalar Yeni Iskele (Trikomo) with
a spectacular sea and mountain news, and palm trees with coconut fruit
all the way from far east (no expense spared), due to be completed by
the end of 2005.
This project was given the name Sunrise Evleri as the site offers views of the most magnificant dawn lighter over the sea.
